3D Printing for Classic Car Restoration

Classic car restoration hits the same wall as old boats: the chrome is findable, the engine is rebuildable, but the little plastic pieces, dash knobs, trim clips, vent slides, bracket ends, vanished with the factory that made them.

These are ideal printing jobs. Small, geometrically fussy, needed in ones and twos: exactly the economics injection molding can't touch and printing was made for. Materials matter here too: ABS or ASA for anything near engine heat or sunlight, with finishes that can be sanded and painted to match original trim.

With mechanic years behind the shop, we speak the language. Photograph the part (or the hole where it should be) and send it through the quote page.
